Heroes of SoulCraft Overview
Heroes of SoulCraft places you in small-scale MOBA battlegrounds where Angels and Demons collide, featuring a lineup of 12+ playable heroes. Fights are meant to be brisk and conclusive whether you queue on PC or play on a phone/tablet, and the objective follows familiar lane-MOBA rules: crack enemy defenses and destroy the opposing nexus turret.
A big part of its appeal is how clearly it targets quick, drop-in matches. If you prefer a console-like feel, full controller support is available. The game also tries to soften the impact of disconnects by allowing vacant slots to be filled, so a teammate leaving does not automatically doom a 2v2 or 4v4 match. Another twist is the pre-match Titan choice, which sets the ultimate ability you bring, meaning your “big” skill is influenced by more than just the hero you select.
Heroes of SoulCraft Key Features:
- Short session design – matches are structured around fast 5-minute games or longer 15-minute rounds, ideal for mobile play and quick PC queues.
- Controller Support – you can play with a controller, rather than being limited to touchscreen input or mouse and keyboard.
- Backfill for leavers – when someone drops, teams can be replenished so matches are less likely to snowball into uncompetitive situations.
- Titan-based ultimates – choose a Titan (such as Spirit Wolf or Earth Worm) ahead of time to determine your ultimate for that match.
- Traditional lane MOBA flow – minion waves, defensive towers, and a core objective support familiar push-and-fight tactics.

Heroes of SoulCraft Review
Heroes of SoulCraft targets a specific niche: a cross-platform MOBA built for short, repeatable sessions rather than the slower, more drawn-out cadence many genre staples lean on. It generally delivers on that goal thanks to fast-moving matches, clear objectives, and a format that will feel familiar to anyone experienced with lane-based MOBAs.
In play, pacing is the standout. Getting into combat is quick, and the compact match lengths make it easy to rotate through heroes or test different Titan ultimates without much downtime. The Titan system adds meaningful variety by layering strategy over hero selection, giving you a simple planning decision that does not require heavy build knowledge. It also keeps match-to-match gameplay from feeling locked in, since you can tailor your ultimate to the matchup and your team composition.
Cross-platform matchmaking is another real advantage. Sharing queues between PC and mobile can make it easier to find games, and the input options recognize that people play differently. Controller support, in particular, is a strong addition for players who dislike touch precision or want a consistent control scheme.
The downsides show up early, mostly in stability and onboarding. Crashes, stutters, lag spikes, and other bugs can cut into what should be clean, quick rounds. The game also does not do much to teach its systems: tutorials and tooltips are thin, so understanding heroes and overall match flow often relies on outside knowledge. Veterans will adjust quickly, but newcomers may find it less welcoming than the session length implies.
Long-term variety is the other weak point. Even with 12+ heroes, the experience can start to feel repetitive once the initial novelty of rapid-fire matches wears off. Players looking for a deep ranked grind or frequent new modes may see it more as a side title than a primary MOBA.
In the end, Heroes of SoulCraft is best suited for players who want fast rounds, straightforward objectives, and the flexibility of playing across devices. If you can tolerate technical hiccups and minimal in-game guidance, it can serve as a solid pick-up-and-play option for short sessions.
