Neat improvements in this season War Robots Operations DARK NEBULA. You get your first Stellar Halo at level 1 of Operation Pass. Free track got slightly juicier: you get a full Community Robot, Cerberus, for reaching level 60 (not 100!) and Hades for completing it. Almost everything you get from this Operation should work well together. There are multiple ready-to-use builds that you can get from it: for example, suit your Phantom with Spark-Scourge or Halo-Corona, and complete the set with Olga Minina as a legendary pilot. All that is obtainable from this Operation. And yes. The new Phantom. It is Stellar.
