War of Legends beta ends a success
War of Legends, a free-to-play browser-based strategy game by Jagex (known for Runescape), has just completed its final stages of beta testing.
Jagex claims that that the game’s beta tests were so successful, thousands of players were joining every day to try the game. To celebrate the end of the game’s beta and its full official launch, in-game events will be held, and all beta testers will be rewarded with free item packs.

Jagexs Real time strategy game War of legends announces the end of beta testing
CAMBRIDGE, UK—31st March 2010 – Jagex Games Studio, the UK’s largest independent games company, today announced that its first third-party publishing title War of Legends has successfully reached the end of beta testing. The game has proved extremely popular during beta testing with thousands of new players joining the battle every day.
To celebrate the games full launch the War of Legends community team has planned a week of in-game celebrations and Jagex will additionally be rewarding all the beta testers by giving away free item packs to all the players who helped to make War of Legends such a success.
