Originally called Mabinogi Heroes, Nexon’s action packed MMO Vindictus is getting closer and closer to release. The game mixes Celtic mythology with fast-paced combat and presents it with stunning visuals. This latest trailer doesn’t offer much in the way of gameplay footage, but does reveal the backstory of the game. Evil Fomors threaten humanity, and people pine for Erinn, a mystical land devoid of pain and sickness. There’s something about a goddess in there too. At nearly three minutes long, this is one of the longest official teaser videos yet released for the game. Vindictus is being published by Nexon, the same studio behind MapleStory, Combat Arms, the original Mabinogi, Dungeon Fighter Online, and the upcoming Dragon Nest.
