PlanetSide is a 3D sci-fi themed MMOFPS published by Sony Online Entertainment – the same company behind EverQuest II, Vanguard, Free Realms, Star Wars Galaxies and numerous other MMORPGs. Unlike other tactical MMO shooters like Wolfteam and Alliance of Valiant Arms, PlanetSide features an enormous persistent world where the game’s 3 factions fight for control over outposts.
