KRU Interactive was an early pioneer of the MMORPG industry. Their early titles like Nexus are still live and continue to be serviced. While originally a part of the larger Nexon Corp, KRU Interactive split from Nexon and is now an independent studio.

Formerly known as Nexon Inc, KRU Interactive was founded in 1994 but split from Nexon Corp on April 2005. The newly named to KRU Interactive continues to develop its portfolio of classic MMORPGs, but hasn’t managed to expand beyond that. While many of their games use the traditional subscription model, they all offer unlimited free trials which players can use to experience most of what they have to offer.
KRU Interactive is a privately held corporation.
