Gamepot Inc was founded in 2001 in Tokyo, Japan. They publish over half a dozen games in their native country and have been expanding in the US at a rapid rate. In September of 2008, Gamepot was purchased by So-net Entertainment Corporation which operates an internet service provider in Japan along with many other internet services.
