Wargaming Announces North American Tournament
In honor of Veteran’s Day, Wargaming America has announced various events focused on Veteran’s Day and the charitable activities it’s involved in.
From November 9th until the 12th, 20% of all proceeds from Gift Shot packages will go to support charities such as Homes for Our Troops, National Military Family Association, Operation Homefront, Paralyzed Veterans of America, and AMVETS.
In addition, from November 16th to November 18th, multiple tier tournaments will be held, resulting in a grand final for cash prizes. Total cash will be based on the amount of participants, plus the peak user number on the North American server during the Month of November. Wargaming America will also make a donation to the aforementioned charities based on the number of concurrent users throughout the month.
The three tournaments will take place simultaneously to prevent players from joining multiple tournaments. They will be in 5v5 format. Each will have a minimum reward. Registration must be completed by November 14th.
Wargaming publishes World of Tanks, World of Warplanes, and World of Battleships.
