Dungeon Fighter Online is an epic 2D arcade style side scrolling action MMORPG by Nexon with retro graphics. The game boasts a total of 25+ playable classes and a large playerbase.
3. Lunia
Lunia is a unique 2D Fantasy MMORPG. The gameplay is a lot more like an arcade style RPG than a traditional MMO, as players have to group together and beat all of the game’s 60 stages. The game’s sheer amount of content and addictive gameplay makes it well worth the download.
4. Grand Chase
Grand Chase is a 2D Side scrolling MMO with some interesting co-op gameplay modes. Like Lunia, players have to advance through the game’s stages in order to progress in the game. With multiple PvP options and numerous levels Grand Chase has a lot to offer. Where the game really stands apart is its huge variety of playable characters.
5. Fists of Fu
Fists of Fu is a 2D side scrolling action MMORPG by Outspark which plays a bit like Dragon Saga and MapleStory. Combat feels fast paced and takes skill. Players have to dodge enemy attacks and form combos to be effective in PvE and in PvP. Like Lunia, the game’s PvE is extremely linear, as it’s stage based.
6. LaTale
LaTale is an innovative 2D MMORPG by OGPlanet that drew a lot of its inspiration from MapleStory. Gameplay is side-scrolling, but fast paced. Unlike MapleStory though, the game has some interesting PvP options. The game is relatively new, so it doesn’t have that much content yet, but it certainly has enough things to do to keep the player entertained.
Trickster Online is a 2D Fantasy MMORPG with cute and vibrant anime graphics. It has 8 different classes and a large game world to explore. From my experience with the game, it’s easy to get into and worth the download.
8. WonderKing
Like MapleStory and LaTale, WonderKing is a 2D anime inspired side scrolling MMORPG. The game is published by Ndoors, who is best known for their turn based MMORPG Atlantica Online. Graphically speaking, the graphics in Wonderking are a bit crisper than the visuals in MapleStory and the combat feels a bit smoother too. The game doesn’t have many classes as other side scrolling games, but it still brings a lot to the table.
9. NosTale
NosTale is a 2D anime styled fantasy MMORPG by Uforia. The game has a lot of unique features including player housing, pets and a unique class system.
10. Osu
Although Osu is arguably not an MMO, the game is still quite interesting. It’s a rhythm based game based off the popular ‘Elite Beat Agents’ for the Nintendo DS. It’s sort of like Dance Dance Revolution, but for the PC and uses the mouse rather than a dance pad or a keyboard.

lol just 2 tell u maplestory is a korean game and it sucks now u no why?to much updates makes it gay maplestory has a demon slayer its flys and the skills are cheap its gay and phantom is good but its cheap it steals other ppl skills now what happened 2 the fun maplestory now theres so much good job that makes it boring ㅡ.ㅡand just 2 tell u maplestory is 8th place the 1st is elsword but i think elsword sucks im just telling you so dont go like HEY UR THE BITCH HERE and say fucking shit to me

ok this is what i think of the games above
1: gets boring after a while
2: Not out in Europe
3: great game great story line gets harder as you progress the story as it should.
4: pretty stupid as you start off with 3 girl character but you unlock more but you are going to have to start from beginning
5: haven’t played but thinking about trying it
6: good game but advancement on a very high level
7: haven’t played
8: heard its like maple story
9: haven’t played
10: umm…… haven’t played

I’m not sure about other people, but I don’t really like MapleSEA because:
1. It’s lag in PVP (Battle Square)
2. It’s getting boring, which I have no idea why
3. It’s not keeping up with other regions for MapleStory (Now it’s still Jump! only)
4. I play WindSlayer 2 now
5. I miss the old times in Ghost Online (Malaysia)
And how about WindSlayer2? It’s not bad at all, quite good actually…

yeah it has lots of class lots of KSers to much updates nexon being greedy yeah thats all true. to be honest NOT most people hate maplestory its MOST people loves maplestory more classes much mopre fun much more unique than other games the game is also a must to play more than 10million registered players are playing maplestory from beta and still more than 10million playing till legends. justice patch will make it even moe cooler nexon are greedy this days dey dont have the money they cant fix the game thats why there making viudeos and stuff cuz thats the only thing they can do so people will still have fun on maple and its GMs they made videos to buy time to sort things out. beleive it or not nexon will comeback i assure u….. again yes they put much updates but isnt that one of the best things? duuuh online games do have updates whats wrong with maples updates too much? THATS WHY ITS UNIQUE IDIOTS much cass much more pqs friendly community best feutures awesome graphics guild system marrying system alliance system epic monsters are epic. maplestory is like an anime series!, updates are the seasons,quests from the season are episodes. check out animated videos of maplestory made by korea someday theyre going to put up an anime series of it. probably this is only i can say for now. ill be back.
